A Buying Model from the US comes to mallorca
70%+ of transactions in Mallorca are made via agency partnerships. One brings the seller, the other the buyer. But hardly any agents focus FULLY on the buyer. In the US this is normal. We are taking a proven model in a market that is ready for this shift. We share the commission with the property agency/ partner. For financing our partners get a fee from the banks which they share with us. Extra cost for you: zero.
